Wanna be a rockstar?

AKKS Bergen have courses where you can learn how to play an instrument and how to play in a band.

All our instrument/ vocal courses last for a period of 8 weeks, 16 hours.
The courses begin in september in the fall and in february in the spring.
Price:  
kr. 1350 with AKKS membership (membership costs kr. 150 out the year)
kr. 1750 for non-members

Vocal
Beginners and advanced courses. Find your own voice! Introduction to different techniques and improvisation.

Bass
Beginners and advanced courses. How does the instrument work? How to operate the amplifier? You’ll learn different techniques and improvisation.

El- guitar
Beginners and advanced courses.
Learn how to use the instrument, tuning, amplifiers, cables and strings.
Practical chords, solos and different effects.

Drums
Beginners and advanced courses.
Drums is the core instrument in a band.
Learn standard grooves, fills, techniques and improvisation.

Elpiano
Beginners and advanced courses.
Learn how to play piano by tablature.

Bandcourse
Learn how to play in a band. 15 hours course.
Find people to play with and learn how to play in a band.
People in the band are placed together after age, music genre and skill level.
The course ends with a concert at the famous rockstage at Garage.

Rehersalroom
AKKS Bergen have 5 rehersalsroom with full backline for rent on USF Verftet.
